Please note that children up to 2 years (inclusive) stay for free and do not count towards the occupancy capacity. Once you click the "Search" button, you will get a list of available apartments, and you can complete the booking by clicking "Book." To confirm the reservation, you will need to provide your personal information and choose the payment method.
Reservations can be paid with a credit card or through a bank transfer. For bookings under €1500, the full amount is paid at the time of booking. For bookings over €1500, 50% is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due the week before arrival. In some cases, the final 50% can be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
As of today, we have eliminated all security deposits, making the reservation process simpler and more convenient. Nevertheless, please review the general booking terms to inform yourself about the rules of use and behavior in the apartment.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM (early morning).
Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Check-ins or check-outs outside of these hours need to be confirmed in advance with our agency.
Our check-in staff will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys, explain the normal operation of the apartment, and address any questions you may have. It's necessary to call the check-in phone at +34 670 649 119 about 30 minutes before reaching the apartment.

Cancellations or modifications of reservations with 5 days or more notice prior to arrival are free.
For cancellations or modifications with less than 5 days' notice before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
If the guest fails to show up at the apartment, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
All our apartments come equipped with a complete kitchenware set (coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pans, pots...), iron and ironing board, hairdryer…
Additionally, we provide bed and bath linens, basic welcome items, a basic cleaning kit, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. You won't find any daily use food items (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). You can check the complete equipment in the APARTMENT FEATURES section.
Yes, the booking price includes the final cleaning of the apartment after guests check out.
Customers can hire interim cleaning services during their stay. To do so, it is necessary to request it in advance through our agency. For bookings of 7 nights or more, one weekly interim cleaning is included at no additional cost.
On the day of departure, leave all the keys inside the apartment and close the door when you leave. The checkout time is 11:00 AM. You should also take out the trash from the apartment and turn off all lights, electrical appliances, and heating before leaving the apartment.
