Avenida Suite La Concha is a modern and calm apartment, with an excellent location. It is situated in Libertad Avenue, the main commercial street of the city, located in the very centre, very close to La Concha Beach and less than 5 minutes away from the Old Town.
This fully furnished apartment has been completely remodelled using first rate materials and equipment. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It faces a wide and bright patio and it is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator. There are two double bedrooms, a modern lounge-dining room, two en-suite bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a spacious open plan kitchen equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. The main bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm and the other one has two single beds of 90 cm.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Recently remodeled. It’s was perfect size for us to stay with 2 kids. Execellent location!!!! Walking distance to most of the spots in the city. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a great market 3 minutesee more

We used this appartmement to go to the old town to eat tapas. It is located between the old and new town , perfectly situated to go both. The rooms are clean and seems to have been renovated accordingly. I can really recommend further!

The apartment exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. It is ideally located a few metres from La Concha beach and a short walk across to the old town. We arrived slightly early but within 30 minutes of letting the hosts know we were met and shown into the apartment. I would thoroughly recommend the Avenida suite if you are planning a stay in San Sebastian.

Excellent apartment, very central and quiet. 5 minute walk to old town. Only problem was that you cannot see what the weather is like from inside the apartment. All windows look into an enclosed courtyard. At least this keeps out the street noise.
