It is situated in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and it offers great cultural entertainment options, such as de Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.

It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It is situated on the second floor of a building with elevator.
